Mylène Jansen is a postdoctoral researcher at the department of Rheumatology & Clinical Immunology of the University Medical Center Utrecht. She obtained her PhD on the working mechanisms behind the tissue regeneration observed during joint preserving treatments such as knee joint distraction at Utrecht University in June 2021. As a technical physician, her research focusses on the use of imaging techniques to better understand joint processes and the relation between structural changes and clinical outcome in musculoskeletal diseases.
