The University of Oxford
Pip is a Research Fellow in the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS) at the University of Oxford, and currently holds a Versus Arthritis Foundation Fellowship. Her research aims to use both quantitative and qualitative methods to examine the impact comorbidities have for the oldest adults (aged 80 years or older) with hip or knee osteoarthritis, and to develop and test a comorbidity-tailored exercise intervention for this rapidly growing and under-researched population. Pip qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of Otago (New Zealand) and completed her PhD at the Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine (CHESM) at the University of Melbourne.
