Timothy Griffin, PhD

Timothy Griffin, PhD, is an Associate Member in the Aging and Metabolism Research Program at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF). He is also a Research Biologist at the Oklahoma City Veterans Administration and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He received his AB degree in Biological Anthropology from Harvard University (1996) and his PhD in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley (2002). He completed his post-doctoral training at Duke University Medical Center from 2002-2008 before joining OMRF. His lab studies how biomechanical and metabolic signals influence synovial joint health and the pathophysiology of OA.
